Offset Press Printing

Offset printing is a high-quality, cost-effective method for producing large-volume print runs with consistent results. It works by transferring ink from a metal plate to a rubber blanket, then onto the printing surface. This method excels at sharp, detailed images and accurate color reproduction, making it ideal for flyers, brochures, and stationery. Offset printing allows for the use of specialty inks, including metallic and Pantone colors, and accommodates various paper types and finishes, providing a polished and professional look. It’s particularly suited for large-scale projects where precision and consistency are essential.

Digital Press Printing

Digital printing is perfect for projects requiring quick turnaround times and customization. It allows for efficient short runs and variable data printing, making it suitable for personalized marketing materials, business cards, and short-run publications like newsletters. The quality of digital presses has grown by leaps and bounds in the last decade and can provide results on par with offset production.

Web Press Printing

Web press printing is designed for high-speed, high-volume print runs, where paper is fed from a continuous roll rather than individual sheets. This method is ideal for producing newspapers, catalogs, magazines, and direct mail inserts efficiently and cost-effectively. Web presses can handle large quantities at impressive speeds, reducing production time while maintaining consistent quality. Cold-set and heat-set web presses offer flexibility depending on the drying process used, allowing for vibrant colors and sharp images even on lightweight paper stocks. This makes web press printing perfect for large-scale projects with tight deadlines.

Wide Format Printing

Wide format printing is used to produce large-scale graphics with vibrant colors and sharp details. It’s commonly used for banners, posters, trade show displays, wall graphics, and window clings. This method accommodates a variety of materials, including vinyl, canvas, and specialty paper. Just let us know how you plan to use it (indoors, outdoors, how long it will be on display) and we’ll recommend a suitable substrate.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a versatile printing method ideal for tee shirts, bags, and promotional items. It involves pushing ink through a mesh stencil (screen) onto the surface of the material, creating vibrant and durable designs. Screen printing is highly effective for bold colors and simple graphics, and it works well on fabrics, plastics, and other flat surfaces. It’s especially popular for large runs of branded apparel and merchandise due to its cost efficiency and long-lasting results. Specialty inks like metallic, glow-in-the-dark, and puff inks can add unique textures and effects.

Embroidery

Embroidery creates a professional and polished look by stitching logos, text, and designs directly into fabric using needle and thread. It's ideal for customizing uniforms, hats, polo shirts, and corporate apparel due to its durability and resistance to fading. Embroidery adds texture and depth, providing a high-end finish that reflects brand quality. We offer a range of thread colors and specialty options like metallic and 3D puff embroidery to enhance the visual appeal. It's perfect for creating long-lasting, premium-branded apparel that holds up over time.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer printing uses heat and pressure to apply designs onto fabrics and other materials. It allows for detailed, full-color graphics and complex patterns that are difficult to achieve with other methods. This process works well on cotton, polyester, and performance fabrics, making it ideal for sports jerseys, t-shirts, tote bags, and promotional apparel. Heat transfer is especially effective for smaller runs and designs with intricate details or multiple colors. It offers a smooth, professional finish and excellent color vibrancy.

Dye Sublimation

We primarily use dye sublimation onto polyester. Unlike traditional printing, the dye becomes part of the material rather than sitting on top, resulting in a smooth, fade-resistant finish. This method is ideal for full-color designs with complex patterns, including gradients and photographic detail. Dye sublimation is a fantastic solution for table covers, lanyards, and work apparel that can hold up to the most challenging environments without losing the sharp, vivid color this method is known for.

Etching & Engraving

Etching and engraving create permanent, high-precision designs on metal, glass, wood, and acrylic surfaces. Engraving uses a laser or rotary tool to carve designs into the material, while etching creates a more subtle, frosted effect by removing surface layers. We also offer deep etching for enhanced depth and texture, and colorfill to make engraved designs stand out with vibrant color. This method is ideal for customizing awards, plaques, corporate gifts, and premium drinkware with a polished, professional finish that lasts.

Pad Printing

Pad printing is a versatile process that transfers ink from a silicone pad onto a variety of substrates, including irregular and curved surfaces. It is ideal for printing on items like pens, electronics, keychains, and other popular swag items. This method allows for fine detail, vibrant colors, and durable, long-lasting results. Pad printing can accommodate multi-color designs, making it perfect for logos and intricate graphics on hard-to-print surfaces. It’s a popular choice for creating custom branding on small, intricate promotional items and high-quality giveaways.

Promotional Products FAQ’s

Can you recommend products?

Definitely! Print Cinch will act as a Promotional Products Consultant. A brief phone call is often the easiest for us to get the information we’ll want to make suitable suggestions.

How long does it take?

This depends on a variety of factors including if the product is currently in stock, decoration type, quantity, distribution requirements, and more. Rush services are many times available for certain products. We can easily verify this information for you and we definitely will work with you to coordinate a plan that ensures success based on your timing needs.

What type of artwork do you need?

Generally, we prefer to work with vector artwork, that is a file that is outlined and scalable without being limited by resolution. Common formats are eps, svg, ai or possibly pdf. File formats such as jpeg, bmp, png, etc are going to be raster files. When you send your artwork, we’ll review it and let you know if the file is suitable or if modifications or a file conversion is necessary.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Absolutely, and we highly encourage it. A product sample might be blank, or depending on the product might also be an overrun that includes a logo decoration that will help to demonstrate the decoration method being used.

A pre-production or spec sample with your logo imprinted on the actual piece is also a good idea on larger orders or just to be certain that the colors, logo placement, and decoration method are going to be satisfactory. The expense and added time to generate a pre-production sample will always be clearly communicated in advance.

Do you offer mailing and fulfillment?

We do! The presentation and distribution of printed materials and branded promotional product is a huge consideration and we’ll advise you on the available options and the expense associated with your distribution needs including packaging, postage and freight.
